I just moved to Georgia from Arizona. My mother is the primary on my car loan. Is it possible somehow to keep hold of it registered in Arizona under her given name since she is the primary? Or do I have to switch it now that I am here?
If you are also on the loan, you can register it surrounded by Georgia. You mother will probably have to sign something and the Georgia DMV will request the title from the bank to switch it over to a Georgia title. Then they'll distribute it back to the bank.
