My (awaiting court final decision) ex husband and I split all of our debts and assets before I not here. He agreed for me to take over the car loan to be precise in both of our names. The wall sent me the title so he could remove himself and he did, but the title was destroyed by an accident. Now I enjoy paid off the loan and want to thieve him off and add another entity but my ex is no where to be found (the divorve case be entered as default since he disappeared and never answered the paperwork). How can I seize him off my paid stale car title?
