Renewing UK driving license?

I have a in a minute expired provisional driving license but need to renew it. I've completed the form and will include my existing license but do I involve to send rotten proof of ID again? I'm pretty sure I need to dispatch off a tentative pssport photo but do I need to find it signed? If so I understand it requirements to be done by someone who's known you for more than 2 years but can't guess of anyone, does this requirement still apply if you''re only renewing as I provided proof of ID the first tiime.

Is it possible for an international student...

Answers:    If you already own a photocard driving licence then you do not involve to send further proof of ID, unless your appearance have changed alot. The DVLA keep a story of your photo on file for 10 years after the artistic was submitted. Trust me on this, I work near. If you don't already have a photocard licence consequently you will need to dispatch proof of ID. You can also take your passport to the post department where they can check it for you for 4 pounds and they transport the forms to DVLA for you and you dont have to transport your passport in next.
