So today i got a ticket in LA county because according to the officer, i be too close/on the train tracks while stopped at a stop light. I admit i should enjoy probably moved up a little more but i do not believe i was surrounded by danger or endangering anyone else. the problem be that my trunk was not completely clear of the event line when he spotted me.
i've never gotten a ticket back so i don't know how the whole process goes, if someone can make available me some advice or information on how to get out of paying the ticket i'd be indebted.

Answers: In California the imperative has changed and you'll have to payment the full fine and also a fee for traffic school. At most minuscule it will not be on your record.
If you fight the ticket you WILL lose. Commiefornia wishes the money and by fighting the ticket you will lose your right to Traffic School. How do I know... I had a speeding ticket lately and went through the whole process.
