Should he enjoy made a police report?

my husband got into an happenstance today...he was the solitary car involved...it be storming b/c of the storm that came over louisiana today and he go to make a turn the truck fishtailed and he hit a bare slab with bounced his truck up into the atmosphere and threw him back into a muted pole...he said that if it were not from the pole he would enjoy flipped. He did not feel it be necassary to file a police report b/c he be not injured and only one involed...no need to prove person at breakdown...i have tried to telephone call my insurance and they are closed for the day even the 1800 number.....should he hold made a report or will we be okay?

Answers: you need to report the fluke to the insurance carrier and not the police. You stipulation to get a hold of the claims department or they will find out once they run his drivers license when your policy occupancy begins.

You single make a police report if here are injuries at the time of accidents or if here was a crime.
