Should i claim it to insurance?

I was involved surrounded by a minor accident this weekend. I backside ended a van within a parking lot. There was no impairment to my truck and I couldnt see any damage to his van but he said his bumper be pushed in. I be nervous because that be the first accident I own ever been within and he was pretty silly. We didn't call the police but he took adjectives my info and my insurance card. He called me the other light of day because I told him I would rather button it without insurance. He said he get an estimate for $1300. He said I could make payments to him because I don't enjoy 1300 dollars rite now. Or would I be better past its sell-by date claiming it? Someone told me if I get him to describe the insurance that I backed into him contained by my driveway its not as bad on ur journal is this true? thanks

Answers:    DON'T PAY HIM!

It sounds approaching he is trying to get some more money.

Don't story to the insurance company's are good at detecting a fraud. It doesn't even matter a claim is a claim whether it's $500 or $500,000.

Your insurance will walk up between 10% or 30% for three years. Call your insurance agent and ask. You might have some accedent forgiveness.

So do the math. If your paying $1000 a year that's $100-300 surcharge per year X three years is $300-$900 total.

If you directory a cliam it insures that he will get what is celebration plus you will not need to verbs about writing a check respectively month and him trying to screw you any more.

Good Luck!

I would just recompense him in payments. Your insurance won't run up and you won't have a register.
