Answers:    There is an old clich¨¦, "No good creation goes unpunished".

You are probably going to be out, especially if nearby was zilch done to transfer title. I know hind verbs is 20/20 but did you get any sort of paperwork roughly speaking the vehicle being discarded? If so you may have a claim on the vehicle. See roughly speaking a lien to recover your costs. You might know how to make storage fees stick. If you find your money back it doesn't situation if it's called storage of tires.

Since you be only trying to lend a hand a "friend" who was within combat you probably don't have any paperwork. It may be expensive but giving the truck fund and washing your hand of the incident and people involved may be the best course of commotion.

Good luck. I hope something can be done about the lien.

You would enjoy been better sour not getting involved in your friends business. No smooth solution to this problem, if the title isn't in your describe your pretty much screwed.
