He smashed in my passenger and driver side doors. Does anyone know if Insurance will cover this?
Need more information. Was he at shortcoming? Was it a total accident? Etc.
Not trying to be rude, but there's a big difference between hitting some ice, skidding, and hitting a pole..and race a friend, losing control, and hitting a pole.
I assume your talking about the ds backside door, and ds front not the rt side of the veh as well as the ds.. And it should be covered if you have coll coverage on your policy, simply subject to your ded.
Yes someone know: Your Insurance Agent!
There should be a document with all the details: Your Insurance Policy!

Answers: You're saying he sideswiped a pole and smashed doors on both the passenger AND driver's side? What did he do, sideswipe it TWICE?
Yes, insurance will usually cover that sort of damage if there's a police report and it wasn't due to overt negligence, but your rates are likely to travel up if it was his fault.
