Speeding ticket?

I got a speeding ticket yesterday. I be going 59 in a 35 rushing to my grandfathers because he thought he be having a stroke. I don't want it to lift up my insurance, so would getting a lawyer backing me to avoid that?

If anyone with any experience could comfort me with this press it would be appreciated. Thanks.

I own an international licence and provisional...

I don't think within is much that a lawyer can do that you can't. I would a moment ago go to court on the date specified and relate the judge what the situation be, and take documentation from your doctor to show. Most states own exceptions for medical emergencies. It's not guaranteed, but hopefully the consider will be understanding.

If that fail, then the subsequent step would be to call the insurance agent and do impossible to tell apart.

Do I stipulation full coverage?
