Answers:    You won't know until you go to court and present your valise. dress nice, do not be disrespectful and speak only when spoken to--answer what is asked only. While I don't know why the mistakes be made, the citation needs to be correct---it is not up to a judge to progress any information--he is supposed to judge on the information given by the officer on the citation...ONLY. However he may rule in favor of the officer if you show contempt or disrespect. Try to speak to the prosecutor earlier your case is presented. He will tell the trendsetter if any mistakes exist that reflect on your case. If you do oversee to get it thrown out, thank the judge and the prosecutor and after decide to drive carefully and avoid any other infractions surrounded by the future. You won't always be so lucky.
