Pay bad the car through the bank or consent to them repo. it but then whoever financed it there credit will be ruiend for a long time...Hopefully he intellectual his lesson about driving without insurance hes lucky not a soul else was involved..
One of the requirements the bank puts on financing a vehicle is full coverage insurance. If you didn't, you are technically within breach of the contract. You also agreed to keep the vehicle in devout repair. After all they loaned you money based on the worth of the saloon.

Since there is now nought left for them to repossess if you happened to quit making payments, they can emergency payment in full of the loan promptly.

I doubt you are going to leave the wrecked car within your front yard forever, eventually the city would demand you move it, and when it go off to the junkyard the legal owner, the guard, will know.

If and when they notice you don't have insurance they may constraint you add it, or add their own terrifically expensive insurance and bill you for that.

Call the bank, tell them what happen, and do whatever they ask you to do before it get complicated.

And tell your boyfriend he owes you, big time.
You are being have for a mug but you have to pay the loan stale not your boyfriend. He only has a liability to you, if he have any sense of honour and responsibility this will not be a problem even if you fall out. But--------? Methinks you may resourcefully have a claim from the local council if the tree or roadside furniture is damaged. Answers:    as long as you keep paying there should be no problem. I would suppose that the bankers would not be happy if you told them what happened. most sandbank require full coverage if you get a loan through them to protect their intrest (money).

Do yourself a huge favor and find a different boyfriend. If he lies about have insurance he is not the guy for you. Next thing he will have you paying his sports car payments. Do not get involved with this or you will regret. Talk near your parents if you are a minor. I do believe that the bank will know soon enough since body shops own a connection to insurance companies and they have nouns to lenders.
