1. I have received a ticket more or less 2 month ago. It says on it that my court daylight in on Dec. 2. I still hold month. I have call the number on the ticket and computer asked me for my ticket number, I did dial it in but computer said they don't hold it in their system. Does this have it in mind my ticket dismissed?
2. Also I am 19 and want to go to driving university so ticket won't go on my account. Should I go in that already or only trendsetter can let me do so?
3. My friend told me if officer doesn't come to court I can ask negotiator to dismiss my case, Is that possible?
4. I am trying to sermon to someone through that number on ticket but nobody answer, (third day). Can I go and ask myself in the region of it? Where should I go to ask information roughly speaking my ticket?

Answers: #1. your ticket is still valid. You must still appear for the court date.
#2. You can turn to driving school anytime you want to, but simply a judge can utter if that is going to effect the ticket you already hold or not. Again you will find this out at your audible range.
#3. If an officer does not show up it is up to the discretion of the Judge if they want to dismiss the charge or not. Usually they do.
#4. you can go to the police department contained by the town that gave you the ticket, or the court house which you are programmed to appear in, but if you can hail as first and make an appointment .. it may collect you from having to keep on to be processed.

They will be able to update you what is and is not factual, unlike your powerfully meaning but poorly informed friends who study cop shows and think they know.
