i have a 1968 GTO. i would close to to register it as a classic/vintage/historic vehicle in the state of exotic jersey, what is the extra cost and/or paper work involved within this?

Historic License Plates
To qualify for historic license plates, a vehicle must be 25 years infirm or older, owned solely as a collector’s item, and used for exhibition and artistic purposes.
Vehicles displaying historic or antique license plates may be driven:
1. To and from exhibitions and educational events in need any mileage limitation;
2. To repair services within a 100 mile parameter; and
3. Up to 1,000 miles per year for personal use.
The owner is responsible for keeping a log of the miles driven for personal use each calendar year. The log must be kept surrounded by the vehicle when the vehicle is being driven on any state road.
Historic license plates are a unalterable registration and cannot be transferred. If you sell or dispose of the vehicle, you must return the plates
resting on regular license fees $25 inital fee and $15 extra levy every year to renew
