i had an quirk jan 07 (small bump to car in fromt, my sports car had no damage surprising as it is a small run around, in attendance was also no police called to happenstance, no ambulance etc needed etc),however dec 07 i received another set of court documents for the passenger of the vehicle claiming damages(already received one from driver in aug 07). I sent these directly to my car insurer who said they would concordat with it. However in Jan 08 i received the documents through to renew my motor insurance i decided to switch company at it was costing me an extra lb120 a month, i be paying lb40 a month before, i wouldn't have be able to keep up beside this financially. So I'm not sure whats happening with the associates who are still trying to get lb from me from the jan 07 accident, would my saloon insurer at the time still take to deal next to it although now i am with a different company? if anyone has any prior knowledge on this, or any concept would be much appreciated, thanks
