Is there an age requirement on owning a car?
Someone mentioned to me that my 16 year hoary cannot own a car in florida, but I don't deliberate it matters what age you are.
You can title a car under the age of 18 within Florida. They cannot contract to purchase a vehicle or undertake a vehicle loan under age 18 contained by any state, because doing so is illegal for minors.
if you hold the money, you can own it at any age. i bought mine at 13 then did bobywork on it until i was 16.
Answers: A minor cannot technically own any property in his/her own heading. Anything "owned" by the minor is actually the property of the legal guardian until the child reach 18. You can put the car in the minor's heading (if they let you), but he/she wouldn't actually own it until age 18.

You're right, you can own a saloon at any age.
Ownership of an automobile is not restricted by age; operation of the automobile is.

I lived in that for awhile and I dont think theres an age to own it, cause that have nothing to do with driving it
