Problem: I bought a car from a used sports car dealership in VA. The owner/operator have an existing loan on the car (car have a lien on it) that I was unconscious of. Its been three months and the party has not titled the sports car to me (probably because they can't), the car is not registered to me. I enjoy no title, reg, or plates. No temp plates were given. The owner departed her personal plates on the car. The paperwork be inaccurate and the wholesaler has admit that she filled out the paperwork wrong surrounded by writing. The car be wrecked by a friend in Oct. My insurance finally contracted to cover the car because I have the insurance on the car and be waiting for the titling. It took them awhile to decide. When I added the vehicle to my insurance they said that they receive lien information from DMV. They wanted the motor, but I nor did the seller enjoy the car. They offered $3500 and I kept the sports car. It isn't enough to seize the car fixed, so I get a new saloon. I didn't want to walk away vacant handed.
Answers: Cars are sold by title. If you bought one minus a title, you have be scammed. Contact the DA in doesn`t matter what county the dealership is located in and profile a complaint. If you got the worth of the vehicle from your insurance it's unlikely you will return with anything else, but at least it will get up up the used car buyer perhaps.

If you remunerated them for the car and some how get the blooming thing Insured, Well consent to them figured out they're problem.. They started it.
