i'm currently 15 and wondering when i turn 16 what can i do in regards to driving , i live contained by england , i wanted to know can i get my provisional and do the proposition also start lessons as soon as i'm 16 ?
No you cant, you can apply or a provisional licence 3 months beforehand you are 17, and take the theory trial on your 17th year birthday. Go to the DVLA homepage, it explains it all.

I think you can individual do driving lessons (including your theory) when you reach 17. Although as the others who enjoy answered your question have pointed out, the age may be soon getting raise to 18.
No, you cant do the theory till your 17, nor can you drive on UK roads mate. Just hold on a bit longer.

Answers: You can apply for your provisional licence at the age of 16 (you can actually apply earlier your sixteenth birthday) and ride a 50cc moped (that does not exceed 30 mph - you must display L plates and cannot carry passengers or ride on motorways and you must thieve a CBT), however, the car entitlement does not become active until your seventeenth birthday so you will not be capable of take your car assumption test (or driving lessons) until then.
