I live in Maryland and I just get my learner's permit. I have to acquire auto insurance before I can regester my car at the MVA or I will catch a penilty. I am independant, and I have no one else to really assistance in this catagory. is it posible to get insurance near a learner's permit? If so, how, and which company?
