My friend was surrounded by an accident this am. She be hit from behind by a vehicle, while going about 10 mph, afterwards in turn she hit the vehicle contained by front of her. No cops were call, insurance info exchanged, and each go on to their destination. The problem is that my friend does not have insurance right immediately!
