I was support out of my driveway to turn left. My house sits on a street that run east/west. I be backing out turning my sports car west. My neighbors car be parked along the curb but not out of my path. The posterior of her car be sticking into my driveway path. You know the subdivision of the sidewalk that slopes down as it nears the driveway? Her flipside tire was in attendance. The rest of her car be sticking into my driveway. I have 2 cars, one that I park on the not here in the garage (the sports car I was driving) and the other I park on the driveway on the right. Due to my other sports car on the right and this car within my way, I enjoy limited room to support out. Since I'm turning left as I support out, my car hits the illegitimately parked car. I thought it would be her reproach since her car be illegally parked. But my friend said if I looked while reversing, I would hold seen the saloon and could have asked someone to move it. It be dark. I didnt see her poorly lit car. Is it my denounce for not looking or hers for illegally parking?

Mr.T who called police and 1 out of 8 said it be legal and not to ask him to move even politely or I would be arrested for harrassment. It be a black racist officer who made this descion-figures since I want equaulity and never happen as long as minorities enjoy something to prove. Sorry to get bad topic but it pisses me off.
