The only answer is, it's possible. No insurance get you 6 - 8 points, careless gets you 3 - 9 points. So you can see that if the court desire to throw the book at you, you could well reach the artifice 12 points and lose your licence.

No tax and no MoT don't attract points. All four offences attract hefty fines and/or other sanction.

What is the enthusiasm charge ineed to...

No Insurance
6-8 points
Fine up to lb5,000
Possible Disqualification
Fixed penalty option -No

No Tax
0 Points
Fine up to lb1,000
Not an picking on Disqualification
Fixed Penalty option - Yes

No MOT
0 Points
Fine up to lb1,000
Not an option on Disqualification
Fixed cost option - Yes

For careless and inconsiderate driving in that is a lb2,500 maximum fine (the government currently wants to lift this to lb5,000). Disqualification is at the court's discretion and it can impose penalty points.

For dodgy driving, the maximum prison term a court is allowed to prescribe is two years, while it can hand out an unlimited fine, a disqualification and cost points.

The letter you have is irrelevant contained by court unless you can establish that you were driving at the time to the Garage for its MOT. You would still be required to have insurance etc. I would devise that you are looking at a hefty ban, points and fine.

Also please note that where on earth a court disqualifies a convicted driver, it must order an extended re-test - about twice as long as the humdrum driving test.

Good luck & hopefully you will think twice subsequent time. An expensive lesson to learn I guess but your not the first and wont be the last miserably.
You would get 3 Years Ban, plus a hefty fine, if you are lucky, you may be able to afford the fine if you supply your bike and your car too :-(

Answers:    Accidentally wheelied.Yeah Right! Even if you be booked in for an M.O.T you still should have have insurance cover.
The only thing you can obtain away with on the way to M.O.T is no road tariff, which as I'm sure you will know, you need a current M.O.T. to purchase.
I don't think you'll be disqualified but expect a fine and points. 3 offences at once! Could be expensive!
