Here is the situation. I went to park and slightly tapped the vehicle infront. There was absolutely no wreckage, not even a scratch done but there be an old woman in the motor. So when i passed by the woman started yelling 'miss miss' so i turned around and she told me to call one of the other ladies. So i did since she be like extremely old. So she started fussing beside the other lady apparently about bumping her sports car. I was in a rush and vanished into the building. So here's the thing. It looks like they took down my license plate number..BUT when the driver of the motor that i bumped came in she didn't even pay envelope a mind to anything and just left.
So since they didn't do anything right near and then, like appointment the cops or something and just left..Can i still capture in trouble being as she took my license plate number?
