I recently got my drivers license but i dont enjoy a car or insurance. I am 18. I want to go out subsequent week and i was wondering if it is legal for me to drive the vehicle and if so will any damages be covered if i get in an chance. By the way they only own liability which is the minimum requirement here in california.
