Worst luck ever!?

I guess things could be worse. Last Tuesday I was within a car misfortune and totalled my car, get banged up pretty doomed to failure. So I get another sports car...not a new one but a coup�� in pretty well brought-up condition and 2 days later I turn to the downtown police station to pick up the report for the accident. I take out the car near my daughter to put money in the meter when this female has a commandeering in her coup�� and runs smack, dab into my vehicle! On top of that it's been 4 days and I havent hear anything from the lady or the insurance company. I am a well-mannered person, i try not to do wound to anyone......but karma's kicking my butt right now!

Is it true roughly buying a vehicle?

Answers: bleak luck is saying the minimum;

since you own not heard anything surrounded by 4 days, call her insurance company and find out the status if it have been reported or not? since she have a seizure, could be she have been within the hospital and unable to contact them;

i also suggest calling your insurance company and report it if you haven't allready, since she have a seizure contained by her car, the other company may use "medical emergency" (if allowed by your state laws) and deny your claim; but this is where on earth your company can help you and report you what your rights are;

the good communication is that you nor your daughter were within the car at the time of impact or you could be looking at injuries;
