Would saloon insurance progress down if you own the saloon outright?

I got my notice for renewal and saw that it still said in attendance was a lein on my van even though I paid it past its sell-by date. Will it make a difference to correct it?

What is the best instrument to insure...

You should notify them here is no longer a lien, because they will remove the lien holders name as additional insured when you do. But no, if you hold the same level of coverage your rates will be alike. There is no requirement to keep full coverage now, and dropping that would lower the rates, but you may want to save the protection. Discuss the costs and consequences with your agent.
No. Insurance premiums are not adjusted surrounded by having the lien removed. You don't pay extra have the lien listed. It would make a difference if you don't remove it & you try to vend it or have a loss. My advice, remove it.

Am I paying too much for saloon...

Yes it will. You can update your policy to show that you are now the owner and the lien has be removed. You should be able to get a drop in rates based on that.

Am I competent to clutch my drivers...

Answers:    you need to own the lein removed becuase you dont want it showing they still have any interest in your motor in case of a claim man made. it will NOT affect your premium unless you drop from full coverage to just liability. putting on a lein or taking one off make NO difference!!
