Alright,in my neiborhood are traffic circles,next to two lanes,the inside lane is for going straight through or going on to the disappeared street(4 wayintersection),the outside lane is for going straight through only.Im contained by the inside lane and the other car is contained by the outside lane,we bumped each other contained by the final zenith to step straight through.I claim the guy was trying to dance left from the outside lane,He claims I encroach upon his lane.who do you think be at fault?
Answers: Inside lane have the right of way ! Ask the police to check and see where on earth he was going , what be his destination ? If you are in the inside lane for the drive to turn off the circle to the moved out , then depending on where on earth he said he was heading will determine whether he is lying or not ! If he says` he be going to turn left out of the circle , after he should have be in the appropriate inside lane losing you , not in the outside right turn lane ?
