1948 Harley Davidson panhead untested, appeal?

Hi. My buddy has a '48 panhead next to the suicide shift. Its all unproved and unrestored and in fully clad mechanical shape. What are some values for this bike as is? He's have it 40 years and its been stored for 35 years and it runs.

I have see some on Ebay for sale at 10-14k contained by perfect condition.

For artistic shape with adjectives the stored age factor it's harder on the bike than being ridden every hours of daylight.

Answers: Decent powered shape can say seriously. If it is in great powered shape, as in no probs, and amazingly clean, most will step for about $20,000 on a great deal of sites I've seen.
