will the side covers of a 1975 cb500k or 550k fit on the cb360? i've checked jcwhitney and bikebandit and they dont carry the exact model bit im looking for... should i just preserve an eye on ebay? where do you guys capture your old plastic? also, what is the color code for the pretty candy/ standard lamp blue model? thanks for any facilitate!

I agree with you just about that blue color,,very,especially pretty.
It's Tuff to get a "foolproof match" if you're planning on painting in recent times the side covers.
Partly because it's a multi-step process paint,,,not a simple solid color.
And partly because it fade a bit over time.
Bike Paint can get a bit expensive.
Ford and GM both have a color that was so similar,,they'd surpass for each other unless adjectives 3 were side by side.
Ford's be code 3M, called "Silver Blue Glow".
GM's,,I dont hold any idea,,but they used it on belatedly 70's~early 80's pickup trucks
This paint chip doesnt do the actual paint jobs equality.
Ford had a few colors that be "special order" called "Glow",,,starting contained by early~mid '70's.
It had a "Candy" type of appearance,,,,but next to an unusual sort of neon effect to it.
It actually Did seem to be to Glow.
Has a higher Gloss Shift than most candy paint--it go from just a shiny paint to an "actual glow" at varied angles
If you put these 2 side by side,,You can get an impression.
They're a a LOT closer than it looks.
Point of mentioning "Car" paint,,,
is that You can get Very Close,,,and Might know how to save some $$$
If you're interested contained by it,,,Most any auto paint store or car body shop is usually chirpy to let you look thru their Paint Books/Chip Charts
