this happened after the bike hasent be started for 2-3 years and i possibbly way over bursting the crankcase.is it completly shot.?

drain adjectives of the oil and fuel from the bike.
put surrounded by some fresh fuel and oil, and renovation the spark-plugs.
If that isn't successful then hold the carburetors cleaned and synchronized.
