I'm not quite sure what is wrong with it, but for those who are motor junkies you may be capable of figure it out. It will start and run fine, but when you go to shift to put it surrounded by first gear the engine will kill instantly. Even after you let the engine reheat up. If you miraculously get it into gear without it dying, it will exterminate eventually because it over heats; the fan doesn't work any, but my guess is the motor is burnt up. If anyone can shed some light on the subject be my guest.
thieve the bike to a honda dealership they can fix it.
Remove the center cap on the vanished crankcase cover (it's slotted for a screw driver) and try to turn the the engine with a wrench.
If it's difficult to turn (with the spark plug removed), the engine needs repair.
Answers: OK, okay I will take a shot here. If it jerks and next dies when putting it into gear you have a problem in the clutch, yes I know it is not a booklet transmission, it is a semi-automatic but still has a clutch. If it isn't jerk when you put it into gear and just dieing out like it run out of fuel, check your compression. It is harder on a 4-stroke like yours because the spark plug is recessed but it is possible to do without a assess. Take the spark plug out, stick your finger firmly over the plug hole, then have a second character hold the throttle wide open and run the engine over next to the starter. If it does not blow your finger off the hole you have a top expiration needing a rebuild, if it does blow your finger past its sell-by date of the hole then you most likely enjoy an electrical issue. Best place to check is the neutral sensor.
