I wish to install a (new) 250 CC engine {either single or 2x125 CC}, on a 100 CC bike chassis. I also wish to modify the transmission from four gears to five gears or more. I would like the duty to be carried out in Mumbai, India. Kindly advise tradition, suitability and a known service provider or expenditure estimate?

Answers: Who knows what bike your chitchat about? It may drop right in and bolt up. I hold overpowered tons of old bikes, usually its quite simple. Your not gonna put a 500 on a 125 frame markedly easy, because of the size difference, but generally, 100-125 singles whould hold about the same frame engine nouns as a 250. If its a quality made bike, the wheels wont be an issue, but if its one of those cheap chinese knock offs, the wheel wont take it. Yamaha older bikes are lately about bolt in bigger motors. Hondas collectively make the frame fit the engine, but some interchange is common, such as the SL70 is the exact same bike as an SL125. Engines and transmissions are largely all one unit. I am sure it can be done next to a fair degree of safekeeping, depending on the quality of the bike originally. If you have a single cylinder, you will feasible have to stay with one, due to size. Modern Dirt bike engines are small contained by the bottom end size, compared to older ones, so i would bet up to a 500cc could be installed, its up to your ability, and how much your willing to trust your rolling stock.
