my friends goldwing has a moment ago had the stator replaced and hardwired around the stator plug but it still isnt charging above around 11.4 at highway speed. i'm thinkingmaybe rectifier?

If the mobile is old and unsubstantiated, it won't take a charge.
It won't situation how much power is going to the battery.
Give your mobile a good charge and check it's voltage.
Then check the "specific gravity" of the electrolyte (acid) near a hydrometer.
