It's Geting plenty of fuel and I put a new plug contained by it. It's geting fire and it still won't start.I even gave it a small shot of any and still nothing. Can any-one assistance me please?
Answers: A motor needs three things to run- Air, Gas, and Ignition(spark). Check the upper air filter, if you've been running within dusty conditions or in mud lately, there's a fortune that the cover over the filter(the duck lookin' thing) could be so clogged that it's not getting air. Next, check the spark...thieve the plug out, and find a spot on the frame to arc it against. If it arcs, then you've get spark. If it doesn't arc.....try a different plug. If it still doesn't arc- follow the plug wire up and see if that's dog-eared at all. Some Polaris's have a recall on their plug wires a few years put a bet on. They were routed wrong through the frame and eventually would pinch and ground out. The spot be right around where the gas container is mounted to the frame. If you find the plug wire to be intact, and still no spark, after you have stator problems, my friend. That's located on the side of the motor where on earth your recoil is. They're kind've expensive($300..tender or take) so look really carefully at your plug line before jump into that. If you DO have spark...next It could be horrifically flooded, or there could be wet in the gas....It could be a great deal of things, but I hope I gave you a few thinking.
I almost forgot...you weren't silly enough to use the 'kill' switch and forget to turn that posterior to 'run' were you? I've done that a few times myself and feel pretty stupid after starting to tear into it....
