Adjusting push rods on my harley..?

ok about 8 hours ago i asked a cross-question and got some really rediculous answers and couldnt digit out why...now i know,,

,
TERMINOLOGY...LOL

ok so off-colour ask again...

i did a complete top end chore on my harley..and now it is time to put within the new push rods and adjust them.
i own hydraulic lifters, and what i want to know is do i adjust them with the lifters pressured up or do i adjust them and next let them pressure up..
also is it critical to do the t.d.c thing or is it ok to lately let them drop adjectives the way down and afterwards set them..

the reasoan i am asking is i have ALWAYS REPLACED THE HYDRAULIC LIFTERS next to solids,,,but in this and just this occasion own choosen to leave the hydraulic contained by,,im also wondering if this was erudite.
does this help any of you who told me you dont own to touch them ever.?
and that if they were out of adjustment, something they never do,,,,, (which anyone who know dick about harleys know that they DO come out of adjustment) so pressured or no

How do I polish discolored exhaust pipes?

Answers:    the reason for the confusing answers is because stock evos didn't come next to adjustable push rods.the lifter does it automatically. to answer your request for information, let the nouns bleed down (no oil or pressure contained by the lifter) screw the adjuster out until the lifter is completely collapsed later screw the adjuster back surrounded by (make it shorter)1&1/2 turns.
the tdc thing is only just to make sure the nouns is on the back side of the cam & not on the lobe when you adjust it. of late make sure respectively lifters all the course down when you adjust it.
once you get them set you wont hold to check them again unless the cam or a lifter wear out.
