Baja Street allowed motorcycle, anyone experienced these?

I am a very "NEW" rider. I'm not sure if I will get bored near riding a motorcycle (with many things I do) so I don't want to spend a huge amount of money but I do want to make sure I'm not getting ripped stale. The bike looks great but it only gets to roughly 100 mph which is totally cool with me. I'm too scared to dance too fast! All I know is it's a BAJA 200cc/250cc sports bike (ninja) .Please if anyone has ridden/purchased this bike please tolerate me know if it's worth it. It retails at just around $1,300 and I can't trust the salesperson. Thank you in mortgage for your responses.

How old-fashioned be you when you get...

Motorcycle gear that match?

The Baja was sold as a Harley but be manufactured by Armanechi. They were all 100cc.

Answers:    I checked and the baja seems to be a nice bike. What i looked at was the warranty and it is simply 90 days motor and frame. If it would break down 91 days after the sale it could cost quite a bit to fix it.The 250cc is a 223cc next to 17.68 horse power.
I wouldn't think it would run 100mph but i would say it may do 70 or 75. For someone next to not much money i would say it would be worth it.
