Building my own bike in need buying the intact gear?

Hi, I would like to build my own bike a few parts at a time, I'm contained by no rush cuz winter is around the corner so it would be a great winter project to keep me busy. I don't own the money to buy a complete bike kit, I would close to to start with the chassis and next add parts when I hold the money. What would be the easiest way to start my project? The best would be an online store where on earth I could build my own bike parts by parts without have to buy the whole utensils. Please help

Answers: first of adjectives decide what you want the bike to look similar to before you start...
the frame will be your first purchase and it will dictate the tire size fork length reservoir etc...
to go on the cheap a 200 or narrower flipside tire, rigid frame with no stretch is the instrument to go..

if this is your first time i suggest a rolling chassis...it will release you $ and headaches..

in attendance are tons of good deal on eBay..i use it a lot..
ultima cycles have some nice kits that come surrounded by many level
JP cycles have most things you could want as does custom chrome

ps i love extreme frames from vector commerce in Texas

pss rebuilding a wreck can be much cheaper and save a ton of hassles at dmv
