Buying a motorbike?

im thinking of buying a honda cb125 but the thing is its be kept in a garage for times past 2 years im told it starts fine and runs well but im freshly wondering what to check for when i go to see it this week cease is there any signs i should look for that will parsimonious major trouble for me ? tons thanks for your answers

Answers:    Things to look for:
1.Take a mirror and flash frothy with you.
2.Look lower than the bike, at the crank case for grease leaks, on the garage floor where on earth the bike was parked.
3.Take a tablecloth and wipe the bottom of the bike, for oil.
4.Check to see when it be serviced if...ever!
5.Check the air filter box.
6.Ride the bike for atleast 10 mins. Check for warmness on crank case.
7.Brakes, if they be ever replaced.
8.Tires, when..if they were ever replaced.
9.See the title to the bike.
10.Where be is purchased from, is there a acceptance?
11.Get a bill of sale...Notarized at a dune, with the owner. If you buy it.
12. Make sure the form have the sellers, Drivers lic. number & State, His full label and address.
