Can you restrict a bmw 1150 gs to 33bhp?

i would love one of these bikes but would like to know if they can be restricted glibly?

but buy a GS650 funduro instead. a BMW and restrict-able to 33 bhp and u might be ale to ride it off road.
Alternatively look for an hoary neval 650 .. if you really want that boxer flat twin trials bike
