Answers: Hi! What cc is the bike. He can ride up to a 50cc next to the full car license but next to the CBT he is then allowed to ride up to 125cc and a moment ago under 15bhp. The CBT costs around lb100 but am told it vary from about lb80 to lb130 max.
It is deep knowledge of the road and how to feel the bike plus a two hour ride on the road be they check he is OK, It is not a pass an go wrong test but if he go like a nutter doing a tour ride they will 'invite him back to try again on another day' and he will not gain the certificate. Although most small mistakes are fine - it's not approaching the proper test.
Note: if he have a bike more than 125cc he needs to do the CBT and after a full test.
