The best entry to do is run the bike for a couple hours with the bright pipe ,then read the plug, It will give an account you if you are lean and need to re-jet.
Ride on is correct. Generally you do re-jet beside an aftermarket performance pipe. If it runs correctly and the plug is a nice camel to light brown you are fine though.
