You have to ride on your contract for 6 months before you can pocket the riding test. If you are surrounded by the upstate, they won'y bother you if you have your warranty, no matter if you hold someone with you or not, or even 6 to 6, these law are not enforced here, unless you are cocky with the cop.
I run relations through the test (with my small bikes) because they can't do the exam on their Harleys.
Practice your butt off! The biggest mistake I see on the examination is over confidence, and under practice.
