Hello from the UK. I will soon take my audition but be restricted to 33 bhp for two years. My brother is offering me lb5000 to buy a bike (late 21 birthday present- he forgot his own brother, the cad!) and I like the look of the bike below.
Is it possible to own this restricted to 33hp as it's only 36hp to instigate with? Do I own to get this done myself (if so, what am I possible to have to settle up?) or will the company/ showroom do it, if I ask, before shipping?

the prices are pretty similar- it cost me lb100 to carry some washers put in my bike (to bring it down to 33 horses) and an hour's occupation
you can't do it yourself because you need a garage to stamp your certificate- insurance and the police will want to see your warrant when they ask for it.
if you don't have one and crash- your insurance is invalid and you step to JAIL
ignore idiots who hold on to going on about the number of horse power your bike should have- near an engine that size i should imagine it's really torquey and great fun to drive!
form sure you get some wearing clothes road tyres to go beside it aswell- you won't regret it!

37hp is not that much dude, you stipulation like 90-120hp! But thats approaching $5000-$7000, so idk
