I'm taking my direct access course for motorbikes around March time next year, so far I've just ever ridden on the back (a lot!)
Now, I'm just 5'2" so it'll be hard for me to manage the floor on an average bike, so does anyone know of any bikes that are slightly lower down for us short people?

Answers: Most of the smaller engine (750 or less) cruiser bikes sit pretty low to the ground. Like the Yamaha s40 is pretty low. Thats what I enjoy and I love it. Like the other answerer said just dance to some dealerships and sit on some to feel whats comfortable.
dont be afraid to walk to dealer and sit on some....look uo on lattice,many will present seat hight within specs....im 5,4 and had obedient luck with yamaha virago...fits beside room to spare
