Sport tourers are better suited for long hauls.Hayabusas would be good for an experienced rider, but if he is looking for a pure sport bike and not a sport tourer after your best bet is a CBR,they are considered to be the most comfortable of the pure sports, especially with Heli bars.

None of those bikes are good for the long drag. I suggest the Hayabusa, it is considered a sport touring bike.

Answers:    Depends on how he like to ride. Any of the three bikes are very good. They adjectives will bring discomfort to wrists, lower back and bottom when spending the entire day within the saddle. That said, if he wants to ride a long ways to enjoy the trip and consequently have cutting snake performance when he hits the twisties, any of the above would be the ticket. I would recommend a custom seat and some stick risers along with a cruise attachment to make the trip to the twisties a bit more bearable.

If I have my choice of the above bikes, I would go for the 06-08 GSXR750. It has great power, awfully good suspension and is comfortable enough to ride for long period of time. Best part is that it will hang next to pretty much anything in the twisties.
