be sure to apply force to the outer race ONLY or you can overexploit your new bearing. I use a socket of slightly smaller diameter. The shops have pose and seal installation kit.
And don't re-use any old seal.

Remove the old one next to a wheel stance removal tool and install the new attitude with a sledge hammer.
