Honda CD200T plugs examine?

my old 1980's honda keep killing it's spark plugs.
they concluding about 500 miles after fail to spark.
the plugs look nice when removed the mixture is right and the bike runs resembling a dream starts on the button first touch.
But then she will backfire to start, i remove the plugs and clean them but the spark is unconvincing.
pop a new set within and that is it she is bad again.

any idea what is cause my plugs to fail after only just 500 miles?
i should get longer out of them afterwards that right?

thank you

Answers:    Start with varying the condenser and check the battery charging system voltage. Also breed sure the timing is right and if this dose not sort the problem try a new coil. Own a 1977 CD175 have similar problem turned out to be a comb of the above. Best of look.

very possible what you hold is a defective condenser or coil that is putting wrong voltage to plugs if the insulation contained by between the primary and secondary windings within coil is breaking down you will shorten liufe of plugs
