Schwinn S-400 Electric Scooter BIG QUESTION!?

If you're young and skint, you don't inevitability a broken NS125 - that's a money pit you have at hand (as I'm sure you've discovered).

First off - can you see where on earth the coolant's going - are there any drips or waterlogged patches appearing anywhere aroud the engine or beneath the bike? This would point to a problem with the radiator, piping, hose down pump or an external leak from a gasket.

If in that are no visible leak, they you've got an internal leak from a gasket (head or base gasket) or a crack contained by an internal waterway.

Did you check the principal for warpage when you changed the head gasket? If it's be overheating, you're likely to hold warped something defining.

Also, you say "and also its only just had a a rebuild", who by and what be rebuilt? There are plenty of bodgers out here, do you trust their work?

Whats a obedient exhaust to put on...

Have you checked adjectives the hoses for perishing ?
have you pressure tested the radiator ?
enjoy you replaced all the gaskets (ie thermostat housing) ??
thats the first few things i would check .
check to see if the hose down is milky , or theres "gunk" in the header container .
could be a number of things but its probably a simple fix !
apposite luck !

Answers:    Water coolant loss resulting contained by a rebuild replaced pave the way gasket and the problem still remains..
Was it rebored by chance due to a siezure?
Have you have to replace the main /big extremity bearings?
This would indicate that the block itself might in fact be cracked or porous. Could be a pin hole in the skirt of the block below the piston skirts TDC sap.
Basically engine cool you fill it beside coolant, Antifreeze SEAKS out any leaks, Start engine it warm up and expands : as piston rises the skirt of the block is exposed and if there is a crack the coolant is injected into the crank satchel where it is at once vapourised. forced into compression chamber and the engine vents it as steam out of the exhaust "smell of antifreeze contained by the exhaust". Engine runs fairly usually though might lack a bit of power, As hose down level drops seep stops engine runs better untril it quickly over heat.
Coolant in combustion chamber destroys lubrication of the rings and the bike seize, long term the coolant effects the bearing in the crank requiring a total modernize...
Engine stripped no apparant signs of leakage no defile to head or gasket no scarcity of oil but advise that you or someone had run it out of two stroke grease...
Sound Familiar!!
If so it is a new bore / liner and possibly a current cylinder block. and a rebuild AGAIN/
