Generally, there is a drain spout on the bottom of the carb bowl, but if not, turn rotten the fuel, and run the engine until it stalls.
Most will have a brass screw towards the bottom of the carb's float bowl. Shut the gas rotten at the tank and unscrew it. Best to ambush it to keep the bike verbs.
