Answers: You can do a minor tune up by doing the following.

Replace spark plug
Clean and re-oil the air filter.
Change engine oil and filter
Lube and adjust the manacle
Check tire pressures, and fill as needed

As guardrailjim said, there is much more to a tune up than I've down here. But this will make you feel close to you've contributed to the material good of your bike, yourself.
