Gernerally, a 150cc is nippy enough for the streets. If you are looking into racing, later you had better look at buying another bike. However, here are some tips that may be able to facilitate you.

1. Dont replace the CDI, just cut the pink wire that sends signals to the support tire to back up when it reachs the optimal speed. If you cut the pink wire, the signal never reach the back tire; thus, you will be able to be in motion full throttle.

2. See if you can upjet the Carb by replacing the Main Jet with the next size up. However, if you are competent to do it, you will have to readjust the Carb to allow for all of the extra fuel. If not, the bike will any cut off, or blow back.

Again, a 150cc is not really designed to see with. What I explained above will give you 10 to 15 more miles per hour on the top shutting down. Now, if you want to the top end faster, look at replacing the 6 Rollers inside the CVT with the subsequent size down on the Grams.
